Canine Corners Closed COVID-19

RE:  County of San Diego
Health and Human Services Agency
Addendum 1 To Order Of the Health Officer and Emergency Regulations dated 4/2/2020

In accordance with the Health Order (amended April 2), in addition to the parking lots, the City Of La Mesa is closing all active recreation areas, including the skate park, courts and dog park today. At this time, parks are still open but are for walking/running and biking only. Dogs must be on leash at all times. The public is encouraged to walk and exercise in their neighborhoods and not drive to parks so that there is not increased parking issues in the neighborhoods around the parks. While out, please observe additional orders previously in place including no grouping and maintaining at least 6’ physical distance from others, and face masks are encouraged.
